3-Way 스테인리스 위생 볼 밸브는 1/2"부터 4"까지 4-seat 또는 5-seat으로 제작됩니다. 온도범위는 -30℃ ~ 205℃이고 압력은퇴대 1000 PSI (1/2" - 1") 까지입니다.

2-seated 분리 밸브나 다른 다방향 밸브와는 다르게 520-SN 시리즈는 4-시트로 구성되어 밸브가 잠겼을때 완벽한 차단이 가능합니다. 뛰어난 성능의 패킹으로 다양한 압력과 온도조건에서 견고한 밀폐가 가능하여 제품 수명을 늘리고 정비 비용을 감소시킬 수 있습니다.

 

SANITARY 3-WAY BALL VALVE SERIES; STAINLESS STEEL

 

The 520-SN is a true multi-way sanitary style ball valve witj balanced seat construction. Porting and shut-off capabilitiescan reduce the number of process valves required in a piping system. This full port valve is available in a number of flow configurations with both clamp and tube butt weld end connections. Lateral forces in a e-way valve can cause unwanted seat distirtion. Stem/ball isolation prevents side loading and wear of downstream seats improving performance and service life. The series 520-SN valve offers the following add-on options: 4 or 5 way construction with multiple flow patterns, clamp, tube butt weld, extended tube butt weld or compressionend connections and finer internal surface are avilable upon request.

The 520-SN is an ideal choice valve for the pharmaceutical, food/drinking water/beverage and medical industries. With optical cavity fileer, the 520-SN would be perfect for handling food, drinking water and medical chemicals/waste. The cavity filler will enable and ensure the reduction od contamination and particles embedding in areas od the valve and ball.
